Clean City Janitor
Service is a commercial contract cleaning company that has been
servicing the Metro Dayton Area since 1967. We have been located in
historic Old North Dayton for more than thirty years.
We have been
members of SOGGDA since 2003.
We are also active
members of the Greater Old North Dayton Business Association (GONDBA)
which seeks to improve the business-to-business relationships in our
local area.
Our telephones are
answered by a friendly and knowledgeable staff during normal
business hours. After normal business hours our voice mail system
will deliver your urgent message to the desired recipient
immediately.
We are very proud
of our staff and the average Clean City employee has been with our
company more than seven years. Consistency and continuity go
hand-in-hand and having a very stable work force improves Customer

Gary Peck, the
owner and manager of Clean City, has worked for the company more
than thirty years and purchased the company in 2003.
We provide a full
range of cleaning services to customers within a thirty-five-mile
radius of Dayton and we do not subcontract any of our janitorial
work to others. We will provide your business with a professional
cleaning service that will give your facility a fresh and clean
atmosphere for you, your employees and your clients.
All of our
services are available on a will call basis or recurring basis.
These services include routine janitorial service, hard floor
maintenance, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, venetian blind
cleaning, spring-cleaning programs, etc.
The frequency of
these services can be customized to be performed as often as daily,
weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual.
